Proven experience in stakeholder management, collaboration, and developing successful global and regional lifecycle marketing campaigns is required. Expertise in multichannel marketing, with a focus on product-led growth marketing, is essential. A deep understanding of operational methodologies like A/B testing and funnel analysis, along with experience using marketing automation tools, is necessary. Strong logical thinking, data-driven decision-making abilities, familiarity with various Business Unit products, and the ability to comprehend user preferences are crucial. Fluency in English is mandatory for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders, with additional languages being an advantage. The ability to work remotely and efficiently with global teams is also required.
The Senior Global Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will directly own regional lifecycle marketing strategies, collaborating with local and global teams to execute new ideas and solutions that increase user activation and retention. They will leverage CRM channels such as email, app push notifications, and other product interfaces to engage users. The specialist will also utilize knowledge of acquisition marketing, performance marketing, and organic/integrated marketing for retargeting tactics. A growth hacking mindset will be applied to resolve conversion funnel issues and achieve incremental results. Collaboration with regional teams, data, design, content, and other marketing verticals is expected for launching and scaling successful campaigns, with a focus on implementing data-driven optimization based on insights from internal data and external market conditions.
