The ideal candidate will have experience designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to advocacy. They should be comfortable working in a startup/scale-up environment, enjoy experimentation, and possess a balance of creativity and analytical skills. Experience with customer advocacy programs, lifecycle marketing, and customer education integration is necessary.
The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying high-impact customer stories and creating detailed case studies, sourcing customer quotes for marketing collateral, and managing review sites like G2 Crowd. They will also launch and grow customer advocacy programs, organize customer roundtables and webinars, own the strategy and execution of onboarding, adoption, and retention campaigns, and develop automated journeys to drive product activation and reduce churn. Additionally, they will collaborate with the customer learning team to promote new courses and track learning engagement.
