Responsibilities

  • Verantwortlich für ein Portfolio von ca. 1500 Independent Partnerbetrieben in der Schweiz
  • Sicherstellen, dass Partnerbetriebe die Kooperation optimal nutzen, durch strategische und operative Optimierung des Angebots und Verbesserung der Partnerbeziehung
  • Analysieren von Daten, um Trends, Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Probleme zu identifizieren und Lösungsansätze anzubieten
  • Identifizieren von Reaktivierungs- und Upselling-Potenzial durch Analyse von Partner-Performance und Benchmarks, sowie proaktiver Kontakt per Telefon
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen innovativer Kampagnen und Projekte zur Unterstützung der Partnerbetriebe beim Retten mehr Lebensmittel
  • Enger Austausch mit Betrieben zu deren Anliegen und Bedürfnissen
  • Kreative Wege finden, um die Botschaft an Partnerbetriebe zu übermitteln
  • Länderübergreifender Austausch mit Kollegen, Inspiration von internationalen Projekten und Teilen von Best Practices
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Vorlagen, Kampagnen, Guidelines (z.B. Tutorials, Schulungsmaßnahmen) sowie App-Profilen der Partnerbetriebe
