Responsibilities

  • Launch Monetization campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to launch multi-channel monetization campaigns aimed at converting free users to paid and cross-selling/up-selling both within the self-serve base and to upmarket customers
  • Track performance against goals
  • Monitor monetization campaigns and experiments across products, ensuring results are tied back to targets (self-serve revenue, PQLs, pipeline, ARR). Summarize key takeaways for leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive clarity and follow-up
  • Keep initiatives on track — documenting next steps, following up with owners, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Surface insights and opportunities
  • Partner with Growth and Analytics to interpret data from dashboards. Identify trends and early signals that inform new campaigns or product experiments
  • Support experimentation and optimization
  • Collaborate with Product Growth to launch and track A/B tests around paywalls, trials, and in-product prompts. Translate results into learnings and next-step recommendations
  • Maintain documentation and playbooks
  • Own the single source of truth repository for monetization experiments, lifecycle campaigns, and product-led sales plays — ensuring learnings and frameworks are up to date
