This is a per-diem, part-time on-call position requiring local travel up to 2-3 hours to customer sites such as hospitals and pharmacies, with response times within 4-24 hours per service tickets. You must have a personal vehicle, with travel time and mileage reimbursed.
Intermediate troubleshooting abilities in electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems are required. Preferred experience includes military technician, computer technician, complex electronics, or supporting automation equipment in healthcare; A+ certification is preferred. Strong communication skills and customer support abilities are also needed.
This is a part-time, on-call role with approximately 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
Candidates with experience in healthcare, field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, customer service, pharmacy technician, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT, along with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and clear hospital vendor credentialing including vaccination proof, will stand out.
