Field Sales Representative (Commission) - PACA

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Manage a list of named accounts.
  • Maintain profitability by controlling the % axes of development.
  • Focus on Cloud and Services development.
  • Represent ARROW ECS at client sites and assist clients in resolving disputes.
  • Maintain/strengthen customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Arrow ECS’s offerings and services.
  • Negotiate Development Contracts, including year-end rebates (CBP).
  • Ensure agreed-upon conditions and margins.
  • Manage accounts and overdue payments.
  • Validate exclusions (low-margin quotations).
  • Track year-end rebates (Rebates, margins arrière).
  • Coordinate brand development activities.
  • Establish dashboards for client portfolios, consolidated invoicing (monthly/quarterly).
  • Relay marketing operations.
  • Foster synergy between different brands in the portfolio (cross/up selling).

Organization & Position

  • Reports to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Collaborates daily with Brand or Coverage stationary sales representatives.
  • Collaborates with Customer Service for claim management.
  • Collaborates with Finance for account management and payment deadlines.

Tools & Process

  • Visibility of work performed via weekly activity report.
  • Pipeline process: Regular updates and exchanges with Brand organizations.
  • Calendar: Regular updates.
  • Results tracking: Consolidated report of invoicing/backlog/quotation portfolio and analysis of MustWinDeals to achieve results vs. objectives.

Skills

  • Mastery of construction/publisher processes and partner programs.
  • Strong knowledge of construction/publisher offerings, as well as their strategies and market position.
  • Participation in internal/external sales training.

Experience Required

  • Education Level: BAC + 5 (Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of experience)
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
