Field Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies that drive both new business pipeline and customer expansion. This role requires a marketer with expertise in B2B SaaS to create field marketing campaigns and execute innovative events. You will adapt global programs to fit the specific needs of the North American market, while partnering with sales and regional teams to pioneer new approaches for driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage marketing campaigns that create new opportunities, engage prospects, and advance pipeline opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Implement and manage marketing activities such as virtual events, roadshows, ABM campaigns, and lead generation initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, brand, and sales teams to align and deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Regional Partner Sales Managers to drive new logo acquisition through channel partners.
  • Pilot new marketing strategies to enhance pipeline growth, improve efficiency, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Manage the allocated budget for field marketing activities, ensuring optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of field marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to the marketing and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Field Marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth in North America.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a growth company and its evolving priorities.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Expertise in managing marketing budgets.
  • Experience in marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense, as well as G-suite, Slack, and other communication tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of hire and for duration of employment. At this time, we are not able to offer nonimmigrant visa sponsorship for this position.
