Requirements

The Demand Generation Associate should have 2-4 years of Demand Generation experience, 1-2 years of Salesforce experience, strong collaboration and project management skills, experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to be flexible and pivot in a fast-paced environment. Experience with various martech platforms, such as Qualified/Drift, Sendoso, and Asana, is also required, along with comfort in Salesforce and B2B experience.

Responsibilities

As a Demand Generation Associate, the role involves managing Qualified ChatBot execution by working with revenue operations managers to update workflows, keeping sales teams informed, and optimizing the channel through reporting and recommendations. Additionally, the role includes managing Direct Buy channel execution by maintaining a calendar, managing Asana tickets, ensuring lead submissions, working with vendors, and reporting on channel performance. Finally, the role involves supporting inbound and outbound sales teams with gifting platform campaign builds and troubleshooting questions, driving pipeline and revenue, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring channels are aligned with the sales team.
