Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s in Marketing or Business being a plus. They should have at least 6 years of marketing, strategic planning, or event marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare, benefits, or a disruptive brand environment.
The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute a cutting-edge regional marketing strategy tailored to the Northeast/Tristate region, collaborating with corporate marketing and cross-functional teams. They will lead Centivo’s presence at local industry events, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities, identify and capitalize on market trends, and activate and engage brokers and employer groups. Additionally, they will manage the local marketing budget, own local marketing KPIs and reporting, and work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of high-impact regional initiatives.
