Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of Strategic Security Sales experience, focusing on Fortune Level Organizations and targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personsas (CISO/CIO’s). They should have experience working with early-stage startups (under 1000 employees) or demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, a proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals, and success selling to G2K companies, including developing new logos. Furthermore, candidates must have experience selling through a channel-led motion and be proficient in utilizing MEDDIC methodology.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl during the sales process, articulate the value proposition throughout the organization, forecast sales predictably and meet targets, and potentially handle stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties. They will also be responsible for building strong customer relationships and creating customer-centric solutions.
