Strategic Sales Representative - Northeast (Remote)

Position Overview

Cribl is seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Strategic Sales Representative. This role involves articulating Cribl's value proposition, executing proven sales processes, and taking ownership of sales targets. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, building strong, enduring relationships and prioritizing customer needs. This is a remote-first position with accounts in Boston and Connecticut, requiring candidates to reside in the Northeast and have a proven track record of selling into the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Educate customers on the value of Cribl throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl's value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and consistently meet sales targets.
  • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience, specifically selling into Fortune Level Organizations.
  • Experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success selling to G2K companies and developing new logos from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $150k - $165k USD (dependent on geographic location and candidate's experience).
  • Total Compensation: Includes a competitive base salary, commission/incentive plan, and equity.
  • Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, fertility treatment benefit, and 401(k).
