Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in field marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing are essential, as is the ability to coordinate and execute events, including trade shows and webinars. Experience with ABM strategies and partner marketing efforts is preferred.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing in-person and virtual events to drive pipeline and revenue, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to create integrated marketing programs. You will also work with demand generation and digital marketing teams to amplify field programs, measure and report on campaign performance, execute lead nurture strategies, attend trade shows and events, create and execute high-performing marketing programs, understand and deploy different strategies to reach prospects, set goals and define metrics, monitor campaign metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, evaluate and grow partner demand generation opportunities, and build relationships with vendors and associations.
