Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation, preferably within B2B SaaS or retail/grocery tech. A proven track record of generating high-quality leads through event strategy and execution is essential, along with strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and in-person, are required, and the ability to work cross-functionally is crucial. Regular travel to support national and local events is expected. Bonus points for experience marketing to independent retailers, CPGs, or within the grocery ecosystem.

Responsibilities

The Event Marketing Lead will own the end-to-end event strategy and execution for national and local events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and community events. They will drive lead generation and sales pipeline by attracting qualified prospects and facilitating demos and post-event follow-up. Responsibilities include planning and owning hosted Vori events, collaborating with sales, marketing, and design teams on pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns, and managing all event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines. The role also involves creating processes for tracking event ROI and performance metrics, staying informed about industry events and trends, and representing the brand with professionalism and creativity.
