Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience, exceptional communication and writing skills, strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail, expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, self-direction and the capacity to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines, proficiency in delivering content via social media tools like LinkedIn and Twitter, and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.

Responsibilities

The Director of Marketing Programs/Field Marketing will own integrated marketing strategy, partner with cross-functional teams on objectives and themes, create integrated marketing programs and communications tailored to key buyers and influencers, drive pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities, design and execute ABM initiatives, track and analyze program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, work collaboratively with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Services/Digital, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops teams, and build and maintain an accurate account and contact database.
