Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising (Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles)
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery (Seasonal Service & Engagement)
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor as an expert in operations, process, and efficiency (Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales)
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Support a guest-first culture across the store
- Manage inventory and improve process efficiency in retail business fundamentals
