The focus will be on improving developer documentation and example projects, understanding user challenges, and creating necessary resources. Additionally, the role will contribute to acquiring technical self-serve customers through various online channels like HackerNews, SEO traffic, and Twitter engagement.

About the Role

The Developer Advocate will be instrumental in improving the developer experience, with a particular emphasis on developer documentation and example projects. This involves deeply understanding user pain points and subsequently creating and delivering the required resources. The role also supports customer acquisition for our technical self-serve offerings by driving visibility on platforms like HackerNews, increasing SEO traffic, and engaging through social media like Twitter. The primary focus for driving impact will be online, rather than in-person events, for the foreseeable future.

What You Bring

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with a keen eye for design.
• Ability to conceptualize tutorials, build functional demos, and produce high-quality blog posts.
• A passion for writing engaging technical content.
• A product-oriented approach to technical content, understanding key metrics and engaging with users to guide content development, then focusing on what proves effective.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience building projects using ElevenLabs APIs.
• Experience with SEO or developer advocacy.
