As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you’ll be leading technical discussions with Vanta’s mid-market and VIP customer base alongside the Enterprise Sales team. Your primary goal is to ensure customers realize the full value of Vanta in pursuing their security goals and achieving successful customer retention. You’ll be an integral part of the Enterprise team, working post-sales to consult and create innovative solutions for customers. Your attention to detail and focus on customer needs will drive stickiness and ensure customers realize value throughout the onboarding, adoption, and renewal process. This will improve retention and overall success for the Sales teams and customers, while also collecting customer references, case studies, and product feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing, technical experience
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, version control, and security systems
  • Ability to partner with Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless onboarding and adoption experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s product capabilities and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with Vanta’s customers.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless onboarding and adoption experience, focusing on key integrations across their cloud infrastructure.
  • Support and assist the Success team with aspects of the process, including security reviews, implementation plans, technical qualification calls, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Promptly respond to inbound questions and support requests from the Customer Success teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s product capabilities, integrations, configurations, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Listen carefully to customers to provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritize functionality.
  • Build product examples, documentation, and other resources for customers, collaborating with product, Success, and other stakeholders.
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Creatively identify and drive new programs to improve the pre to post-sales transition.
