Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally in the Martech space. Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact is required. Strong technical fluency for discussions on engineering and architecture trade-offs, excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment, and expertise in building scalable processes, metrics, and cadences are essential. Previous experience with AI and agentic platforms is a significant advantage, and Scrum certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic programs, including defining scope, metrics, roadmaps, and milestones. They will manage resources, track progress, address dependencies and constraints, and adjust plans as priorities shift. This role involves leading major initiatives such as platform migrations, APIs and integrations, large customer projects, and security/compliance programs. The TPM will align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations through clear communication and collaborative planning, create dashboards and status updates to enhance predictability and transparency, and leverage technical fluency to understand technical details and help resolve blockers. They will also introduce scalable processes, frameworks, and tools to improve repeatability and define measurable success criteria, evaluate program performance, and run retrospectives for continuous improvement.
