The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise-scale onboarding and leadership skills to manage a team of 5-7 Onboarding Specialists. Experience in designing, refining, and scaling onboarding processes for large, complex customers such as multi-location enterprises, franchise organizations, and private equity-backed businesses is essential. A proven ability to differentiate onboarding workflows between SMB and enterprise customers, and a track record of improving key onboarding KPIs like time-to-value and activation rate are also required.
The Onboarding Manager will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Onboarding Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. They will partner with leadership to design and scale onboarding frameworks for enterprise customers, codifying workflows and best practices. This role involves evaluating customer complexity, adjusting onboarding strategies, and tracking key performance indicators. Additionally, the manager will act as a leadership presence for enterprise customers, overseeing team workload, ensuring project prioritization, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to represent the enterprise customer's voice.
