Candidates must possess a minimum of 10-15 years of enterprise software or software solution sales experience with a proven track record in consultative and challenger sales. Previous experience selling to Public Sector organizations and Government entities is essential, including an in-depth understanding of their functional and business processes. Strong skills in stakeholder mapping and relationship management at the C-level, with a history of formulating and executing long-term account strategies, are required. A deep technical understanding of automation and digital transformation, along with experience in account and territory planning and multi-product selling strategies, is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are also important. Experience in application selling, such as ERP/CRM or automation solutions, is a plus, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment.
The Enterprise Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities within government entities and agencies, building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders. Responsibilities include mining existing relationships and developing comprehensive sales and product plans to grow UiPath's key accounts. The role involves understanding the needs and challenges of Public Sector prospects and clients, developing strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry influencers, customers, and partners, and enhancing UiPath's market position. Candidates will explore automation opportunities by understanding customer businesses and effectively demonstrate UiPath's value proposition by understanding the product and competitive landscape. Key duties include developing and executing account strategies and roadmaps for long-term relationships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and procurement processes, building and managing pipeline, forecasting sales to meet revenue targets, interfacing with technical sales support and customer success teams, and achieving quarterly quotas. Driving a culture of sales excellence through consistent implementation of sales processes and performance metrics is also a core responsibility.
