Responsibilities

The Services Account Executive is responsible for managing opportunities for Expert Services and Success Services within strategic accounts, collaborating with license sales teams and partners. Key duties include ensuring high customer satisfaction scores, accurately scoping proposals for successful project delivery, and driving the full deployment of licensed ServiceNow products. The role involves developing strategic plans in partnership with sales, structuring proposals for predictable revenue recognition, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. The Services Executive will also act as the primary customer contact for services, lead engagement negotiations, position services effectively, drive client references, and exceed services sales quotas. Additionally, they will provide project mobilization support, ensure smooth transitions to the delivery organization, and develop business development plans for underperforming accounts.
