Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with a focus on outside/field software sales, and a self-starter mentality demonstrating a willingness to learn, take initiative, and achieve results within a defined territory. Experience utilizing outbound sales strategies to generate new business is essential, along with the ability to quickly understand and master technical products, becoming a subject matter expert for clients. Strong presentation and demonstration skills, coupled with an energized approach to solving customer problems through a consultative sales approach, are also required. Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving demand generation, establishing partnerships, and executing full cycle software sales within your assigned territory, focusing on Law Enforcement clients. You will play a key role in Flock’s growth, proactively managing the territory, and ultimately contributing to the company's goal of reducing crime in the United States by 25% in the next three years. This role involves extensive regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons, and will require you to learn the market, meet peers, understand LE use cases, and develop expertise in your industry to achieve success.
