Territory Sales Manager - Law Enforcement

Position Overview

Flock Safety is seeking a self-motivated and established outside sales professional to join our growing Law Enforcement sales team as a Territory Sales Manager. This role is a game-changing opportunity for individuals who thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment. You will play a key role in Flock's growth by focusing on a single market, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales. This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity requiring regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a strong emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-Starter: Possess a self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results within a defined territory.
  • Outbound Sales: Proven experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert on technical products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Energized by solving customer problems, demonstrating a consultative sales approach.
  • Environment: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.
  • Startup Experience: Startup experience is a plus.
  • Location: Candidates must live local to the Northern California territory.
