The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, and possess a history of achieving sales targets. A minimum of 7 years of knowledge and demonstrated success selling to State and Local Government (SLG) is required, along with current residency in Southern California and flexibility to travel across the southern part of the state for events.
The Solution Sales Executive will drive net new opportunity and growth of Customer Workflows within the California State Government market, specifically supporting the strategy and solution win for Customer Workflows growth within the SLG territory of California. This includes supporting territory strategy and planning, providing input and domain expertise to the Core Regional Sales Leader and Account Executive team, and helping customers envision the value of digital transformation. The role also involves interlocking with Solutions Consulting on the Capability Roadmap, coaching Account Executives and Account Development Representatives with foundational specialty solution area knowledge, and championing diversity and belonging.
