Requirements

Candidates must possess 12-16 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry, with previous experience selling to enterprise customers. Required skills include account planning, territory planning, multi-product selling strategy, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, good collaborative and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving team. An energetic and highly motivated personality is also expected, with experience in application selling like ERP/CRM being an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting quotas and assigned targets while providing an excellent customer experience and nurturing customer relationships. This includes mining existing relationships, developing and executing account strategies, understanding customer businesses to explore automation opportunities, demonstrating the value proposition of UiPath products, and developing relationships with decision-makers. The role also involves interfacing with technical sales support and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving quarterly quotas.
