Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of business development or account management experience, fluency in German, and fluency in French as a plus. They require 6+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product or service, significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology, and the ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or features. Experience in the technology industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Manager, the individual will act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers, own the interface including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth, identify and communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks, serve as the team's internal expert in a particular verticals, track record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations, negotiate successfully, manage and update the pipeline of opportunities within SalesForce, and manage execution of significant or complex contracts including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and schedules. They will also be responsible for building and developing a successful Enterprise Sales team and inspiring them with new and compelling ideas.
