Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of relevant professional experience, including project managing post-sales implementation with technical teams and experience in field sales or account management focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and renewals. Demonstrated expertise in communication, organization, presentation, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, drive, teamwork, and judgment is essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite. Experience with large traditional companies, chronic disease prevention, the US healthcare system, digital health, and startup environments are considered advantageous.
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will onboard, implement, and manage enterprise customers, owning client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact. Key responsibilities include project managing implementation, tracking progress, coordinating cross-functional teams for technical integrations and business decisions, leading account strategy, identifying growth and upsell opportunities, communicating value through data-driven stories, driving customer satisfaction and enrollments, and potentially traveling to client sites.
