Requirements

  • At least 4-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance
  • Ability to be on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for Fortune 500 companies, managing budget and strategy for a large set of strategic accounts to help sales win logos
  • Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across multiple marketing channels
  • Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and optimization of demand capture programs to create targeted marketing efforts
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis, running experiments and reporting key metrics
  • Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success and alignment
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics, communicate insights and learnings across departments to drive continuous improvement
