Requirements

Candidates should have a BA/BS or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B. Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology, a proven record of success in an inside sales model, and post-sale revenue expansion experience are desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, online collaboration tools, and CRM systems like Salesforce.com is required, along with the ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for existing enterprise accounts, maximizing renewals and expansion by highlighting Procore's value and deepening customer attachment. Responsibilities include collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive product adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell. The role involves researching accounts, identifying key contacts, generating interest, obtaining business requirements, maintaining accurate forecasts and sales reports, pursuing competitor knowledge, managing leads and opportunities in Salesforce, and achieving sales targets. This includes coordinating internal resources to resolve client issues, executing service agreements, and periodic travel for client visits.
