Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building products. Proficiency in MS Office suite, strong analytical and financial skills, project management capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. A proven track record of exceeding quotas and positive customer feedback is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Construct Connect and Salesforce CRM. A valid US state driver's license and insurability are mandatory.
The National Account Manager will cultivate, convert, and retain national and regional commercial accounts for roofing and stone sales in the eastern US. This role involves managing key relationships with architects, specifiers, designers, GC's, and corporate entities, serving as the primary client contact, and maintaining accurate client records. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of products to upsell and cross-sell, working with local sales teams to promote premium products, and building long-term client partnerships. The manager will evaluate and adjust contracts and bidding strategies, collaborate with team members on progress, and identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. This position requires up to 50% travel.
