Requirements

  • Licensed General Contractor: Must be a licensed General Contractor in California.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the Law and Business components of the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) examination, as well as the Trade examination.
  • Knowledge of Building Codes & Regulations: Detailed understanding of California Building Code requirements, construction safety regulations, and OSHA requirements.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to instruct on project planning and scheduling.
  • Construction Math & Estimating: Knowledge of construction math and estimating.
