Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Contract Management will manage the full lifecycle of U.S. Government aviation fuel contracts and commercial sales operations, including bid submissions, revisions, and award processes. Responsibilities include supporting billing dispute resolution, validating pricing, coordinating with internal teams for alignment, maintaining Blanket Sales Agreements and open market offers, creating sales quotes in Oracle, leading reporting efforts, supporting ad hoc pricing requests and contract modifications, acting as a liaison for supplier term changes, and managing price notifications and discrepancies with DLA systems.
