Candidates must have 5-10+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment, including success in acquiring new enterprise customers and managing/expanding large accounts (10,000+ employees). Experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and managing multi-million-pound books of business is required, along with familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC. A background in MarTech or CX solutions is a strong plus, as are excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, a customer-first mindset, patience, persistence, and an entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude suitable for a fast-paced environment.
The Enterprise Account Executive will drive growth within the German market by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with enterprise customers. This role involves owning and growing a portfolio of large, strategic accounts, ensuring renewals and expansions. Responsibilities include leading and managing complex sales cycles (6-9 months), navigating multi-stakeholder, high-value deals, and negotiating/structuring strategic agreements. The executive will build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, applying proven sales methodologies.
