Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities with enterprise customers across the UK
  • Own and grow a portfolio of large, strategic accounts, ensuring renewals and expansions
  • Lead and manage complex sales cycles (typically 6–9 months), navigating multi-stakeholder, high-value deals
  • Negotiate and structure strategic agreements, including multi-year and Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs)
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to deliver best-in-class solutions and customer experiences
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Apply proven sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to drive predictable and repeatable results
