The Enterprise Account Executive should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in software sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success in a hunter sales role, specifically landing new logos within enterprise markets. They must be skilled in conducting engaging online presentations and product demos, and have experience collaborating with channel resellers to extend market reach and accelerate sales cycles. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are also required, along with a passion for closing deals in competitive environments.
This role involves identifying and engaging non-named enterprise accounts with significant revenue and employee counts, delivering compelling first-meeting presentations and online product demos to accelerate deal cycles, focusing on efficient deal execution to meet aggressive targets, leveraging relationships with channel resellers, working closely with marketing on targeted campaigns and lead-generation strategies, and driving measurable success by securing net new customer accounts (lands) measured by logo count, not booking value. The Enterprise Account Executive will also work cross functionally with Marketing, Product Management and Engineering.
