  • Job Summary: NRI North America is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our Sales Team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding NRI’s market presence, and driving sales growth within existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate will be analytical, data-driven, and possess a strong desire to succeed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous Microsoft sales experience preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge around Office 365, EMS, Azure, etc.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or account management role (5 years).
  • CRM Experience: Previous experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify leads and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams and expand NRI’s footprint within existing accounts.
  • Sales Process Management: Direct the sales process involving other NRI resources (Sales Engineers, Deployment, and Project Managers).
  • Technical Demonstrations: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, recommend high-level solutions based on customer needs, and give technical demonstrations of various products and services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Close sales, handle negotiations, and set proper customer expectations.
  • Partner Collaboration: Partner with Microsoft as a peer during the sales process for major accounts and communicate directly with customers.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Source opportunities.
  • C-Level Engagement: Set meetings with clients to understand business requirements and potentially engage in high-level conversations with C-level executives.

Desired Skills

  • Contract Negotiation: Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding sales goals and ability to negotiate contracts, deliverables, and price.
  • High-Level Communication: The ability to present complex technology in a way non-technical people can understand.
  • Cloud Computing Understanding: Understanding of cloud computing and the business benefits that it provides.
  • Large Deal Experience: Closed at least 5 seven-figure contracts with new accounts.
  • Executive Experience: Previous experience using a customer relationship management software and experience in having high-level conversations with C-level executives.
