Position Overview

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. This field sales role is responsible for managing 75-100 enterprise accounts in the Atlanta, GA Metro area, driving new business opportunities and expanding revenue by showcasing CrowdStrike's AI-native platform. The ideal candidate possesses executive-level contacts, is adaptable to change, and is results-driven, customer-focused, and technologically savvy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned region.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CSO levels) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, Product Development) to create visibility with target accounts and drive prospect engagement.
  • Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate prospect information using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
  • 1+ years of field sales experience with a proven track record of hunting into net-new accounts.
  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and skill levels.
  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach for resolution.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • A drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with cross-functional groups (e.g., Sales Engineers, Channel Partners).
