As a Lead AI/ML DevOps Engineer at Humana, you will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML models and systems. Requirements

  • Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • CI/CD Tools: Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • Governance & Standards: Develop and enforce governance policies and standards across all deployment pipelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • DevOps Governance Adoption: Drive the DevOps governance adoption, implementing controls to streamline the software delivery process and improve reliability.
  • DORA Metrics: Establish and monitor DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • DevOps Mindset: Champion a DevOps mindset, promoting agility, speed, and efficiency in the software delivery process.
  • Automation & Optimization: Explore and implement ways to deliver software faster, without compromising on quality or reliability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment with governance policies and best practices.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Leadership: Lead efforts to automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • DevOps Pillars: Focus on key DevOps pillars, including continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), quality, security, compliance, metrics, and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Performance Improvement: Use metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements and transparency within the DevOps function.
