Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on governance, cloud infrastructure, and automation. Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar, and familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Lead AI/ML DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing governance policies and standards across all deployment pipelines, driving the DevOps governance adoption, establishing and monitoring DORA metrics, creating and maintaining dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs, championing a DevOps mindset, collaborating with development, operations, and security teams, mentoring and guiding a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and using metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements and transparency within the DevOps function.
