Requirements

Responsibilities

The RVP, Strategic Sales will lead a team of Strategic Sales Directors, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to drive new enterprise business and account expansion. This includes recruiting, hiring, developing, and empowering the team to consistently surpass revenue targets, fostering a culture of accountability, scaling the sales process, leading the sales hiring process, building and retaining a team of Account Executives, promoting excellence in sales through value-based selling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop an effective Enterprise GTM strategy, and ensuring flawless sales execution for complex deals while supporting overall enterprise account growth.
