Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with over 10 years of proven enterprise Cybersecurity sales experience, preferably in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience with demonstrated quota achievement and territory growth is required, along with experience with key customers and partners in the Central Region. Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring new business sellers to exceed revenue targets and develop their careers, coupled with strong solution selling skills and the ability to demonstrate product knowledge, is essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and capable of handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Enterprise Sales will partner with the SVP of Enterprise Sales to develop and execute plans to win new logos and exceed assigned quotas for new business. They will manage, motivate, and grow a team of Account Executives, holding them accountable for achieving quota and activity expectations through strategic coaching. Responsibilities include establishing and leading a team culture that promotes engagement, performance, teamwork, and accountability, as well as creating territory-specific plans of action. The role involves collaborating with other sales and functional leaders to ensure effective account selling and servicing, and compliance with client expectations.
