Experience using Salesforce and methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC are considered bonus points.
The Enterprise Account Executive will identify and nurture new opportunities within existing customers to expand Grafana usage and meet sales goals. They will manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management. Responsibilities also include cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulating product value, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and processing orders.
