Candidates should have 5-7 years of solid B2B sales experience, with a proven record of success selling to large corporate accounts with longer sales cycles. Experience in value-based selling, ROI creation, and technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony) is required. Extensive Contact Center experience, a demonstrated sales record of obtaining/exceeding quota, and skills in conducting presentations and online web demos are also necessary. Strong prospecting, engaging, and acquiring net new logos, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, an entrepreneurial flare, and a vibrant, energetic attitude are desired. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military and/or work experience is preferred.
The Enterprise Account Executive will prospect for net new logo accounts and grow existing RingCentral accounts within their assigned territory. They will meet with existing customers to up-sell engagements, evangelize and educate the RingCentral sales team, and communicate the RingCentral value proposition to senior-level customer contacts. Responsibilities include proactively positioning the value of cloud solutions, coordinating with sales teams to develop territory, account, and opportunity strategy plans, and working with resources to develop and position appropriate solutions. The role involves acting as a customer advocate, utilizing the sales process for opportunity management, driving new revenue through customer acquisition, and consistently striking/exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. Partnering with regional VARs, owning strategy around funnel, pipeline, and forecasting, and managing complex sales cycles with value-based selling and negotiation are key duties.
