Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients through various channels (networking, events, cold calling, email, social media)
  • Employ a structured sales process to understand customer needs
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
  • Articulate the value proposition and ROI of our SaaS solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level executives, department heads, influencers)
  • Understand organizational structure and buying cycles
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and product demonstrations
  • Lead the negotiation process, including pricing and contract terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, implementation) for smooth deal closure
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Orchestrate a BetterUp team (marketing, customer success, product, executives) for alignment
  • Provide feedback from the field to shape product enhancements
