Requirements

Candidates must have 6-8 years of B2B SaaS full cycle sales experience, specifically selling to organizations with over 2000 employees and targeting marketing and sales leaders. A minimum of 2 years of experience in MarTech is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented with a proven track record of overachievement, possess strong sales process leadership skills, and be able to articulate the business value of lead generation. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, as well as familiarity with MEDDIC or other enterprise sales methodologies and virtual selling tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and Webex.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan while driving sales to achieve revenue targets. They will manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery to pitching solutions and negotiating pricing. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals with enterprise-sized organizations, actively maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally with key partners.
