Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience, including a proven track record of closing deals with Fortune 1000 Companies. A history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and demonstrating success in strategic account selling with a hunter mentality is required. The ability to collaborate effectively within a results-driven, team-oriented sales organization is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for creating and executing strategic territory coverage and sales plans to achieve revenue goals, including prospecting into targeted named accounts and developing field sales campaigns. They will manage complex sales processes, articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include managing internal and external resources, accurately forecasting sales, and maintaining records in Salesforce.com.
