About the Role

As an Enterprise Solutions Leader at Ramp, you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants, serving as a strategic partner to our largest and most complex customers, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Your focus will be on driving solution strategy, technical excellence, and enterprise deal success. You will be accountable for the execution of customer-aligned solution architectures, guiding your team to deliver consultative, technically sound, and value-focused engagements from discovery through implementation.

This leadership role requires deep technical and financial acumen, exceptional storytelling, and a bias toward action. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design bespoke enterprise workflows, advocate for product improvements, and scale best practices across Ramp’s go-to-market motion. Your contributions will directly influence Ramp’s enterprise growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants, ensuring skill development, performance, and alignment with Ramp’s enterprise strategy.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to drive deal progression through technical discovery, compelling solution design, and high-impact presentations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Architect complex, customized solutions that align Ramp’s capabilities with enterprise customer needs, spanning ERP integrations, financial workflows, API infrastructure, and data architecture.
