Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience, including a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and achieving high income attainment. They should have demonstrated success in strategic account selling, exhibiting a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective account plans and strategies. A hunter mentality with experience in building a robust pipeline of quality leads is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will create and execute a strategic territory coverage and sales plan, focusing on achieving revenue goals consistently. They will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue objectives, plan and manage account and deal strategy, identify and qualify new business opportunities within named existing accounts, develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure and competitive landscape, implement a go-to-market strategy, prospect into targeted accounts, articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders, manage multiple complex sales processes, establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, forecast accurately, and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.com.
