Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses over 5 years of SaaS sales experience within the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales. A proven sales track record and established relationships with VP-level executives in healthcare organizations are essential. Domain expertise in Patient Engagement, Revenue Cycle Management, Electronic Health Records, and Practice Management platforms, along with a general understanding of enterprise healthcare provider cloud infrastructures, is required. Candidates must also be willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a designated geographic territory of large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and health systems. This includes owning the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and relationship building with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting. The role involves defining and executing territory sales plans to cultivate a network of clients and advocates, thereby expanding market reach. Collaboration with executive, marketing, and product leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and provide market feedback to product and solutions teams for continuous improvement are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the executive will manage organizational relationships, interpret performance metrics, and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
