Requirements

Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer - AI Workflow Development will design, build, and deploy scalable LLM-powered agents to automate and optimize operational workflows, including documentation processing, prior authorization reviews, and internal communication summaries. They will serve as the technical lead for LLM architecture decisions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions, and develop and maintain internal tooling to evaluate model performance and measure business impact. Furthermore, they will champion responsible AI practices, ensuring reliability, traceability, and HIPAA compliance in handling patient-related data.
