Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in general HR operations or HR Shared Services, demonstrating hands-on experience in managing administration processes throughout the employee life cycle and the ability to identify and support opportunities for process optimization and employee experience enhancement. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, is required, along with experience utilizing HRIS and talent management technologies such as Workday and Lever.
The Employee Success Associate will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing excellent employee experience and ensuring seamless HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding. They will be responsible for monthly payroll data input, partnering with Finance and ESBPs to identify process enhancements and ensure accuracy, as well as maintaining and optimizing HRIS data and generating reports. This role will also support employment compliance audits, coordinate with vendors and ensure up-to-date documentation, and collaborate with regional/global teams to drive process efficiency and a seamless employee experience.
