Responsibilities

  • Craft Compelling Training Programs: Design and roll out engaging training initiatives for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Develop Impactful Certification Paths: Create certification tracks that challenge and validate user expertise, aligning with industry standards and internal competency frameworks.
  • Curate Engaging Content: Produce educational materials such as interactive courses, webinars, and workshops.
  • Align with Competency Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with competency models and support skill development.
  • Deliver Dynamic Training Sessions: Lead live sessions to educate learners and help them apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Act as a resource for learners, offering guidance and support for effective knowledge application.
  • Measure and Enhance Training Impact: Assess training effectiveness using data and continuously refine content and delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align training programs with company goals and product updates.
  • Scale Training Initiatives: Develop scalable solutions for a global audience, including localized content.
  • Promote Self-Learning: Enhance self-service learning options for users.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years in training, education, or instructional design, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven ability to develop engaging educational content in various formats.
  • Competency Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with developing training programs aligned with competency models.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements using data.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
