Requirements

Responsibilities

The Education Manager will craft compelling training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers, develop impactful certification paths, curate engaging content such as interactive courses and webinars, align training with competency frameworks, deliver dynamic training sessions, provide ongoing support to learners, measure and enhance training impact, collaborate across teams including Product, Customer Success, and Sales, scale training initiatives to a growing global audience, and promote self-learning opportunities.
