Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, specifically managing and coaching a team of Account Executives in the Corporate segment. They should possess a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, accurate forecasting, and pipeline generation. The role requires thought leadership capabilities to advise CMOs and CTOs on website strategy, and the ability to build and maintain agency partnerships. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, and Sales Development teams is necessary. The candidate must also demonstrate strong leadership skills to foster a positive and collaborative team culture, create clarity in a dynamic environment, and identify product/technology opportunities with Corporate customers.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Corporate Sales is responsible for building and leading a world-class sales team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and mentoring Corporate Account Executives. They will own team results by attaining quota, forecasting accurately, and driving linearity in sales. Key responsibilities include advising senior executives on website prioritization, growing the business by building pipeline, qualifying deals from various sources, commanding the sales process, and driving operational rigor. The manager will also serve as an executive sponsor in client meetings, engage leadership to remove obstacles, and collaborate with internal teams to implement go-to-market strategies. Additionally, they will foster a positive team culture, create clarity for stakeholders, identify product opportunities, and build partnerships with agencies and systems integrators.
