Position Overview

Webflow is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on the Corporate segment. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers. As a pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), Webflow is redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web, leveraging AI to empower users with visual development, content management, personalization, hosting, and analytics.

Compensation

The cash compensation for this role is dependent on the cost of labor in the candidate's geographic area. The following On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges are provided in USD for workers in the United States:

  • Zone A: $285,000 - $307,500
  • Zone B: $270,750 - $292,000
  • Zone C: $256,500 - $276,750

Note: These ranges represent OTE, including base salary and commission targets. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as market location, experience, qualifications, and skills. Additional compensation may include equity, company bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Corporate Sales, you will:

  • Team Building & Leadership:
    • Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Corporate Account Executives to build a world-class, diverse sales team.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative culture that inspires teamwork, performance, and empowers the team to do their best work.
    • Create clarity for your team, peers, and leadership in a dynamic environment.
  • Revenue & Performance:
    • Own sales results, attain quota, forecast accurately, and drive linearity.
    • Build pipeline, qualify deals from various Webflow sources (inbound, self-serve signup/upgrade, outbound, partners, expands).
    • Command the sales process, drive operational rigor, and leverage agency partnerships.
  • Strategic Engagement:
    • Act as a thought leader, advising CMOs & CTOs on prioritizing and elevating their websites.
    • Serve as an executive sponsor in client meetings and engage Webflow's leadership team to remove obstacles.
    • Collaborate with the Director, Corporate Sales and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, Sales Development) to implement go-to-market plans and strategies.
    • Identify product and technology opportunities with Corporate customers and present insights to Product and Leadership Teams.
    • Build the partnerships flywheel for your team with agencies and systems integrators.
  • Professional Development:

    • Webflow will support you in identifying and incorporating your interests and development opportunities into your role.
